Serving overlooked gamers first, Pursuing art second, Seeking profit later.
Our Purpose - We go where we're needed. From 2018 until February 28th 2022, our focus was to give Nintendo 3DS users a prominent game at a time when most developers won't. We kept at that aim until it became clear that our objective was no longer possible due to decisions made by Nintendo themselves. We are risk-takers. For our devotion, fans have called us heroes. That same game is still in development for other platforms.
Our Nature - An Otyugra is a fictional beast known for surviving on the fringes and harshest climates. We took the name because our aim is to be uniquely capable of doing what nearly all other companies cannot.

What We Value Most:
We take as long as we need to make a product worthy of your time. The videogame market is very competitive, so we stay in the spotlight thru heavy quality assurance measures. We won't hesitate to delay a game or be slow to reveal dates.
|
Interactive software has a lot of unique potential as a storytelling medium, so we prioritize single-player games with a focus on narrative. We hold our writing design to a very high standard.
|
We revere the vast and half-forgotten catalog of videogames across history. Whether it's by reviving gameplay ideas that've laid dormant for decades or fusing genres into something wholly original, we draw from all-over in powerful ways.
|
Everyone is treated properly: our employees, industry peers, and community. Contractors are often paid more than executives and the community is given our attention, respect, and time.

Otyugra Media is lead by "Miles" Matthew Kordon. The team is always evolving but is currently very small. Matthew has made plenty of tiny games prior to 2016, and has since worked on and cancelled games in the pursuit of releasing games deeply worth playing. Trevor Poynter is a long-serving vice leader of the company who assists with creative and other endeavors.
